Global Quality, Local Installation.
A company isn't one founder. It's the collective grit of a hundred thousand engineers, and what they do when only one of your four batteries has failed.

It is a common habit to distill a company's success into the story of a single individual. The reality is that Tesla is found in the collective grit of over 100,000 people. A company may ignite with the spark of one founder, but it only sustains Global Quality through the tireless work of thousands of engineers and technicians. Look past the headlines and you find a massive, integrated organisation where the strength lies not in the one, but in the many.
This ethos was forged early. Founded in July 2003, Tesla has always prioritised brutal real-world testing. Tom worked with a scientist in 2009 whose sole job was to drive a Tesla into the scorching desert, let it heat-soak, and then literally attack it with axes to find its failure points. That relentless commitment to durability is what defines the brand.
The difference in Global Quality
The importance of choosing a partner with this kind of depth becomes clear when set against the volatility of the wider market. In the UK, GivEnergy initially made a "big splash," appearing to be a formidable competitor. Many of its customers are now suffering from poor technology and unsustainable business practices. By contrast, Chris has consistently installed Tesla, a choice the company has repeatedly validated.
A recent experience illustrates it perfectly. Chris had a customer with four Powerwall 2 units. When one unit failed, a technical hurdle appeared: the Powerwall 2 had been discontinued, and the new Powerwall 3 was not natively backward-compatible, it couldn't simply slot into the old string.
Instead of leaving the installer or the homeowner to navigate a "dead-end" technology path, the common fate of those tied to smaller, less stable manufacturers. Tesla's response was definitive.
They didn't just replace the broken unit. Tesla replaced all four, so the customer ended up with a cohesive, modern system.

Local installation, Global Quality
This is the "Global Quality" half of our mission. We provide the local solar installation, the personal touch, the community knowledge, the hand-on-tools expertise, and we back it with a partner that has the scale and integrity to stand behind their products for decades.
Tesla proves that a company is more than its origin story or its public face. It is a massive, integrated machine of engineers, testers and support staff who ensure that when you invest in your home's energy future, you aren't just buying a battery. You're buying the collective effort of thousands of people, dedicated to making sure it never fails you.
Just like us. We are dedicated to making sure your system never fails you.
A short call is enough to work out whether Tesla is the right fit for your home or business.
